New handout for Managing back pain while travelling

This one goes out to my patient who aggravated their back soon before getting on a vacation flight for a week. We’ve all been there.

This handout has the some useful stretches and gentle exercises to help relax your back tissues. It also has some advise on how to manage sitting in vehicle seats for lengths of time, and it lists the back pain symptoms to be looking out for. Hopefully it can help you hold over until you can see your Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Massage therapist, or other practitioner back home.
