Video on protecting your back during disc golf

One of my passions is sharing information, and watching people’s eyes light up when they learn something new that excites them.

I originally gave this talk on protecting, and preventing back injuries during disc golf on February 23, 2021 to the Calgary disc golf community. I was lucky to see some eyes light up that day (even though it was over Zoom).

I have posted my presentation in the resources section of my site, and attached the link here.

Disc golf is a rapidly growing sport, and it has become one of my favorite ways to get outside and socialize with friends. I begun playing for fun a few year ago and haven’t stopped since. Everybody I take to the disc golf course has a good time and usually ask to play again soon. It’s a low barrier to entry game enjoyed by all age groups. If you want to watch more disc golf content, check out the YYC DGTV YouTube channel here.
